I HAVE BEEN STAYING IN THE HOTEL FOR MANY YEARS AND EVERY TIME, THE EXPERIENCE IS WORSE
IT WILL NOT BE MY FIRST CHOICE FOR NEXT VISITS IN VERACRUZ
*** I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL JULY 31, NOBODY HELPED ME WITH PARKING, LUGGAGE, GENERAL CARE, EVEN THOUGH THE POLICE SAID THAT THEY HAD ALREADY SPOKEN TO THEM TO HELP, ALSO AT THE RECEPTION THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD ALREADY RUN TO THE VALET PARKING... "AND DO IT AS YOU CAN"

Reserve por aplicación llegando al hotel 11.30 AM no son amables , hasta que den las 3 para hacer check in No hay valet parking tu tienes que llevar el coche y hasta encontrar un lugar en el estacionamiento un solo botones para tu equipaje, 20 minutos pasaron.el hotel ya viejo . Lo peor la alberca techada muy sucia ahh. Las toallas te ponen tantos peros y para entregarlas te dicen ,allá atrás hay un bote ahí echelas,hay mejores hoteles en veracruz que irte a pelear con tu propio dinero al pagar por un servicio tan malo

Pésimo, las camareras (Laura) muy groseras, alberca techada súper sucia a mi hija le salieron granos cuando se metió a hi y a mi sobrina se le inflamó el ojo. No hay meseros que estén pendiente en las albercas los tienes que perseguir, para que te lleven una cerveza- y cuando llega súper caliente. Mala actitud de servicio en general de los empleados únicamente los bell boys son amables. Pedimos. Preguntamos por el late check out y súper groseros dijeron que no. NO VAYAN si lo que buscan es pasar un buen momento en familia. HORRIBLE el peor hotel

Estuvimos en familia desde el 4 al 8 de Agosto en el 4to. Piso, ocupamos 2 habitaciones dobles. El aseo de las habitaciones es malo, no dejan las aguas de cortesía y las señoras del aseo discuten que si lo hicieron, tienes que reclamar por las toallas y además no hacen el aseo de la habitación si no lo exiges. En las albercas, no hay meseros, cuando por fin alguien te atiende te traen las bebidas frías; la techada es terriblemente sucia, la familiar también pues a dos de las niñas le dió dermatitis de contacto y debimos ir al pediatra, la alberca para adultos es la única que está limpia. El viernes 8 de agosto del 2025 a las 8 am fui a solicitar el "late check-out" para que las niñas disfruten de la alberca dos horas más y me lo negaron.

Mi estancia fue del 4 al 8 de agosto, la atención no fue la mejor desde la recepción, a toda nuestras solicitudes, siempre había una excusa para no cumplirlas, el aseo de las habitaciones era muy tarde y en ocasiones no dejaban el agua de cortesía, que al no ser un todo incluido se agradece por lo menos tener agua, quisimos hacer late check out obvio con respectivo cargo para nosotros y se negaron en prestarnos el servicio y por último el servicio en piscinas, no están al tanto y la techada tiene muy mala higiene
